Brief: Dickinson & Morris premium pork hand-linked sausages were being launched to an especially invited lunchtime audience of TV cooks, restaurateurs, journalists and buyers. Serious attention needed to be focused on our client's product at this fun event.
Solution: G&T Productions arranged to have the sausage chef kidnapped (not really, we were acting) and chef’s ransom was the secret recipe for the sausage itself. The sophisticated palates gathered for the lunchtime launch were challenged to discern the ingredients and so pay the ransom before the Euro-powers-that-be could straighten the sausage.
Result: The happiest product launch anyone could remember - and many valuable column inches of coverage.
